Does the problem still occur when you disable WindowBlinds?

When I try to use the taskbar pager it locates itself at the extreme right of my taskbar, covering (or replacing) the notification area, clock, etc. How can I fix this? I'm using Windows Vista HP 32-bit, with WindowBlinds. Thanks!
