confirmed - I see this too...the previous wallpaper flashes in after the rotation...and then it shows the right wallpaper. 64-bit win7 here.

i found out that if you use the newest version of Dexpot and enable the 3D cude which called dexcube you will not have a problem with opening different windows like chrome or any other program but they only problem is that sometime when you switch to desktop 4 it will jump to desktop 1. And you can see it from the rotation of the cube.
