I just updated to build 1068 and the problem is much worse now.
First of all, I have disabled Dexcube so the following problem is inherent to the new build of Dexpot itself.
Now, when I switch to the desktop with the custom resolution, it changes the screen resolution then immediately switches back to Desktop 1. Dexpot actually stops me from switching to that desktop. I can no longer access my desktop with custom resolution.
By the way when I enable Dexcube the original problem still persists, but now it immediately switches back to Desktop 1.

My original resolution is 1680x1050. So far I have tried 1600x1024, 1440x900, same problem for the rest.

Dexcube is a plugin and therefore a discrete process. That's why it won't crash Dexpot (pretty cool, nöm).

What's the resolution?

As the title says, Dexcube crashes when I change to a desktop which I configured to have a custom screen resolution. The desktop turns unresponsive, and I get this error message:

After clicking on "Close the program," my computer is responsive again, and everything works normally (even customized startups for that particular desktop, etc), and Dexpot remains running. But Dexcube is no longer running, and when checking the Dexpot Plugins and Extras options, Dexcube has been unchecked.

I'm running 1.5.0 Build 1067, but this error occurred in the last stable build as well.
Windows 7 Professional 32-bit
ATI Mobility Radeon X1300
