Uses mouse input as well.

Ok, that's what it is a switcher I did not know since when it comes up for me the up and down arrows do not move the selection and so is not usable, has anyone seen this? I am running Windows XP Pro Sp 2 & v1.4.1 Build 532

'Settings/Controls/Hotkeys/Miscellaneous/Task switcher' in version 1.4.

The shortcut ctrl+spacebar throws up a summary window:

This shortcut is interfering for me and I would like to change it/turn if off.
I looked in Settings|Control but could not see where it's set.
How do I do it?
