restoring windows to proper desktop on start-up.

Post by Multi » 25.06.2008 00:12:31

I very much like Dexpot and kudos to the developers.

I've used it with WinXP/SP2 for a couple of month and I'm impressed. The only thing I miss is the ability to restore my open file explorer windows to the desktop they were on when I shut down.

If this is an available feature, I have missed it. ''

Since Dexpot an restore the icons to their proper desktops on start-up, I would have expected the same for the windows that the OS saves and reopens.

I suppose I probably could use 'hibernate' or 'standby' - if I have no oter choices, but I'd prefer to shut down completely.

TIA
