So I would wait for the release of the 1.4 impatiently !!

Oh, we do try to remember this fact. Take the 'stick to edge of screen' option of the 'Desktop Manager' for example. It correctly aligns the manager with the taskbar even when it's placed at the top of the screen...

I know, I know! I just would say that not all developpers keep this fact in mind, and fortunatly not all

Best regards.

No, I won't use theses softwares that are very ressources consuming! I prefere use "official" stuff like visual styles and custom mouse cursors

Why almost software developpers don't think that users can put their taskbar in other place that the very common bottom of screen ?

Hi all !

I've just downloaded Dexpot 1.3 after a long long search for multi-desktops feature under windows and I really love this piece of software

But I've a curious problem :? !

I used to have my taskbar on top of the screen and when I ask Dexpot to move a maximized window (IE, Explorer, Outlook, or any other apps) to another desktop, it seems to add the taskbar height to the top of the window on each move

For example (pay attention to the space between the taskbar and the window):
1- After first move on another desktop:

2- After second move:

3- After third move:

and so on !

If I open another IExplore window (like in these shots) everything works fine... until I decide to move the windows :(

I can mention that other softwares that "redraw" windows (like WindowBlinds for example) have the same behaviour with taskbar on top :? it's not limited to Dexpot

It seems that only a reboot can solve the problem... Not very cool when burning CDs or downloading large files

Why almost software developpers don't think that users can put their taskbar in other place that the very common bottom of screen ?
